A bold new look for the worlds leading steam room company

Steamist is an international high-end steam room supplier, with a strong heritage in the USA. The UK region was looking for a brochure to grow the presence here and showcase their range to bathroom showrooms around the country.

The Background

Steamist approached Trident to create a new look and feel for their brochure using the images from their USA partners, but with a style that would work for the UK market.

Creative

When designing the new brochure, we decided to re-format it to be landscape. Most of the images are roomsets and taking it to landscape worked better with the images. Understanding the target audience who would generally buy luxury brands, we had to ensure that this felt luxury throughout – with the fonts, images and overall look and feel.

Print

The print for the brochure also had to reflect what the luxury feel that Steamist’s clients would be used to – this was achieved by using soft-touch lamination to the cover to give a velvet feel to the cover when the reader first picks it up. This was printed on a semi-gloss paper to give a solid uplift to the images of the products and ensure that the text was clear to read.
