OUR CREATIVE PROCESSS

What was the problem?

Initially, our involvement was to support on the design and copywriting of an article to appear in ‘Your Business’ magazine, however, HR:4UK were also given a unique opportunity to attend and be a significant part of the London Business Show in November 2017.

As well as their appearance in a feature article on HR solutions in the ‘Your Business with James Caan’ magazine, which would be circulated around the event, HR:4UK also had the opportunity to have stand presence to talk with prospect and host a keynote speech about HR with their Managing Director, Angela Clay.

Trident were briefed to bring their presence at the event to life with an engaging stand design and takeaway item. The objectives for the event were to raise the business profile to a new audience and contribute to new lead generation.

We were also tasked to help in lead conversion following the show which was also a
consideration in strategic planning, offering a full-service solution for the project.

How did we delight them?

In order to raise the profile of the brand at the Business Show and to capitalise on the opportunity HR:4UK had within the Business Magazine, trident developed a strategy to raise awareness of the event before, during and after the event. We wanted to maximise the leads generated and drive people to connect with HR:4UK both physically and online.

Pre – Event:

We began the process by creating an over-arching design concept that provided a consistent theme across all our communication points. We wanted to avoid the corporate feel which is often associated with HR companies and landed on “The Coffice”; a Coffee themed concept to create a relaxing environment for prospects to enjoy their time talking with staff. To spread pre-event awareness of the brand, we designed a double page magazine article which was a HR feature in the prestigious 'Your Business with James Caan' which would provide fantastic exposure of the brand to new audiences. Furthermore, engaging animated gif's were produced to promote their activity at the event and to gain further exposure, we designed and built campaign emails to communicate to new and existing clients.

Stand concept design

During Event

“The Coffice” truly came to life in an impactful stand with an eye-catching curved graphical backdrop standing 3m wide and 2m tall. The space itself was designed utilising a minimalistic layout to allow an open, barrier-free area to talk with prospects freely providing comfortable bucket chairs, a hot drinks machine, themed wooden crates (for storage and display), a vibrant rug to create a cosy atmosphere and what Coffee themed stand would be

To reinforce the message and to stay memorable we created an engaging takeaway item, carrying on with the coffee theme. We designed and produced our own jar of “Coffice” coffee beans which was handed out to prospects in a bag with supporting brochure material. The item provided a sensory gift, reiterating our underlying message; ‘Relax, we have your HR in hand’ complete without blackboard signage.

Social Posts

Post Event:

Social Media posts continued to showcase the activity and success of the event and to reconnect with the prospects that were established on the day and we sent out a “Thank You” style e-mail newsletter. To further our communication and drive conversion with our hot leads from the show, we designed and produced a Direct Marketing package containing a postcard, coffee sachet and a biscuit to reinforce and remind people of the experience they had on the stand.

HOW’D IT DO?

Now that we have the information we need, we can bring the pieces together to design a strategy that works for you. Just because peoples’ finances are similar doesn’t mean they need the same solution. Your plan will be made to measure, not off the shelf.

Lifestyle planning takes in to account your existing financial assets, your personal needs and how you would like to shape these to meet your future objectives. To demonstrate what this looks like we use cashflow modelling to build a picture of your future needs. We’re basically putting the pieces of the puzzle together to see if you have any gaps, and if you do, we can always show you how to fill them.

Using cashflow models allows us to test your plan against various scenarios to ensure it is robust enough to cope with the unexpected.
