As a new client, we supported DG Legal with their event schedule, creating an impactful and engaging stand environment to help them drive new leads when they travelled the country over a 2-month event roadshow. From concept design through to execution, we managed the project every step of the way creating a striking stand design, business collateral and on-the-day engagement.

OUR CREATIVE PROCESSS

What was the problem?

DG Legal came to us following the confirmation of their seven-city roadshow across the UK to help with their event presence.

Experts in the legal market, they sought after the expertise of a local creative agency to help bring their brand to life and help generate new leads – enter Trident.

How did we delight them?

Following a brand immersion session with the DG Legal team, we were able to get under the skin of the brand and work through concept designs that represented the business in the best way to interact with event guests.

We looked to exaggerate the brands dark colour palette and created an all black stand presence that would be easily recognisable amongst other businesses at the events. We also gave the brand a new focus with the “SEE THE LIGHT” messaging to entice event-goers and encourage conversation. This message also complemented the overall design, creating the shine effect which was used for other event collateral, reinforcing the brand style across flyers and a bespoke company brochure.

Memorability is a huge part to any event stand presence, so with this in our minds, we wrapped a large arcade-style grabber machine in a white branded vinyl to represent this feature as the lead star on the stand and introduced a prize mechanism, giving participants a chance to win.

Whilst it is not unusual to have giveaways at events, we opted to run with a competition for participants on the grabber machine. We introduced x3 different coloured DG Legal stress balls to the grabber machine each associated to a tier of prize to be won. It gave guests the chance to win different prizes, some were business focused such as trialling software or free legal consultancy, and others were more desirable consumer experiences.

This was a perfect tactic to drive engagement with interested prospects and exchange contact details for further discussions around a business relationship which contributed to our lead generation objectives.

HOW’D IT DO?

Overall, the event stand was a success driving leads and generating prospects for future communications for legal services.

Event organisers and participants alike were complimentary of the stand, commenting on the striking design and revealing that it was one of the best and most well-attended stands at the events DG Legal exhibited at.

Ultimately, the strategy to represent DG Legal in a minimalistic but eye-catching fashion helped to drive engagement with prospects and the prize element of the stand gave them a point of difference to other competitors exhibiting on the day.

The events that DG Legal attended drove lead generation with an influx of new prospects and has helped to grow new business for the company, with new customers already on board.
