On Friday 15th September 2017, we embarked on our first physical exposure of our new branding and agency proposition at the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Business Expo. The unveiling if you like.

It was the perfect environment to show our true colours and talk about the range of marketing solutions we offer whether that’s strategic planning, creative ideas, designing for print or digital solutions. We’re passionate about the future and we’re here to connect the dots and provide marketing results that cut through and delight consumers.

At the event, we wanted to engage with new people, talk about our full-service approach and demonstrate our ethos in person through our stand and we believe we achieved this on the day.

Back in June when we first started to brainstorm how to engage our audience at the event in a more absorbing way, rather than using a pull-up banner and a table, we decided we wanted to give people an experience.

With this in our minds, we thought about how we could utilise the whole event space to create an atmosphere that delighted our audience from the floor to the backdrop and everything in between. We decided on a football-themed stand; what better way to capture excitement than to emulate the joy of scoring?

e used our own office table football as our main attract piece, the source of our conversation and competition on the day with the sole intention for people to have fun, laugh and enjoy their experience. This is what we want to achieve for our consumers – we call it Audience Delight.

Our competition was a huge success; a simple challenge for people to score as many goals on our table football in a 90 second time limit. The goals were tallied up and displayed on our leaderboard for all to see and the winner would collect a prize which would be presented to them on the day. It was important to keep the experience alive rather than delaying it so we could capture the pleasure of winning.

As it happened, we had joint winners both scoring 14 goals so the prize was split; one celebrating their shared victory with a bottle of Verve Clicquot and the other, a tour for 4 around Leicester City’s King Power stadium.

Overall the event was a great success for us as we got to speak with lots of people and spread joy through our table football. Our main aim was to create a memorable and playful experience to bring our Audience Delight philosophy to life and we hope everyone who attended enjoyed our company as much as we enjoyed talking with them.

If you’d like to get in touch with us and talk about how we could help you with your own marketing plans and aspirations, visit our website or even better, come and see us in person in our Hinckley office the table football is up and waiting to be played.
